This policy applies to Tutoring Sessions.
1. Notice period
Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or move the booking.
2. Late cancellations and no-shows
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at the full booking value.
This wording is intended to keep the booking process clear and fair for both sides.
